AIM is a 30 seat call center. We utilize an Interactive Intelligence phone switch with 2 T1s and a PRI, giving us access to 71 simultaneous calls which are routed through an Automatic Call Distributor. This gives us the ability to design voice menus for automatic call answering, on hold messages and to uniquely assign toll free numbers for customized answering.

We have just updated our server racks, web server, and main server to the new Windows Server 2003 Operating System. This allows us to operate more efficiently and securely, while optimizing our data's reliability and privacy. The Phone server has also been updated with the newest software configurations to increase our ability to process and handle the numbers of calls we receive on a daily basis.


We operate 30 Windows 2000 & XP direct data entry workstations. Our stations are all equipped with AMD Athlon class computers and SIP phone units with lightweight adjustable headsets.

Supporting this is a server running custom software which provides reporting specialization. AIM staffs a full timecomputing department to support and develop customized databases and entry programs to fit the needs of our clients.

We currently have 4 computer technicians serving in the Technical Support Department, 1 full-time director, and 3 University student associates.

AIM offers Christian service opportunities to 6 Staff, over 50 Andrews University and Academy students and 15 community volunteers.
