Adventist Information Ministry is an evangelistic call center that offers a variety of ministry support and follow-up services. Our callers are greeted by caring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who have access to a technically superior “Interactive Intelligence” phone system, so they can provide excellent service with a personal touch.

AIM is the central phone answering service for Seventh-day Adventist media outreach in the North American Division. Our main function is to process requests, sense interested persons who may be upgraded for further studies, and refer these interests to the local church. Our phone personality, efficiency of process, and personal care are to be a positive influence on individuals to study Scripture, surrender their hearts to Christ, and join the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The students and volunteers that receive calls for AIM are preparing their lives for ministry by sharing God’s answers to life’s questions. Their experiences at AIM prepare them for a lifetime of witness, and in many cases for a life’s work as pastors and evangelists.

The old saying, “The buck stops here!” is definitely not the case with AIM. The same dollar that is spent to purchase evangelistic follow-up services for witnessing, is spent to pay wages to the Christian young people who answer the calls, and is subsequently spent to obtain a Christian education at Andrews University. Now that is money well spent!
